‘Music Of The Spheres’ is alweer het negende studio album van de band en de plaat bevat in totaal twaalf tracks, waaronder de hitsingle 'Higher Power'. Het album is geproduceerd door producer Max Martin. Hij was ook mede verantwoordelijk voor Coldplay's meest recente hit single 'Higher Power' die al meer dan 160 miljoen streams heeft behaald. Het sci-fi thema wordt voortgezet op de rest van het album, gezien de band in hun Instagram post schrijft: "Everyone is an alien somewhere".
